Yes you can take Skinny Fiber because I have had plenty of people who are in the same shoes of you, who have taken it and actually now they feel better and some even said that their doctors told them to keep doing what they where doing and that is taking Skinny Fiber. The natural ingredients in it are helpful for a lot of things, but due to rules we must call it a weight loss supplement. Yes even one of them was a type 1 who said his doctor was taking him off of insulin.
