What is Lutein and Zeaxanthin exactly?


They are the yellow and red pigments that found in all sorts of vegetables and are a major part of eye health.

Studies have shown that these two nutrients actually absorb excess light energy that helps prevent damage to the plants from having way too much sunlight. It offers superior protection from high energy light rays that are referred to as blue light.
